1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Pimbl (“we,” “our,” or “us”) website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our platform.
2. How Ordering Works
We keep ordering simple and personal:
- Add products to your cart and fill in the order form with your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Choose how you'd like to pay: Cash on Delivery, or Pay in Advance (often at a small discount).
- Our representative will call you on the number provided to confirm your order, product availability, and delivery details. If you chose to pay in advance, they will collect the payment during this call through a convenient method such as a QR code.
- Your order is only considered confirmed once this call is completed. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee the order.
We do not process any payments automatically online — every order is verified by a real person before it's dispatched.
3. Product Information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but occasional errors can happen and we reserve the right to correct them. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before our representative calls to confirm it, by writing to us at pimblstyleshelpdesk@gmail.com. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Full details and the return process are on our Return Policy page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — belongs to Pimbl and may not be reused without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pimbl is not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order itself.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Pimbl after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
