Delivery Overview
Pimbl delivers across India with free shipping on every order. All orders are shipped after phone confirmation with our representative. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation via phone call.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our representative will share the tracking number and courier partner details via phone or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
Payment on Delivery
If you chose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives — our delivery partner may not be able to provide change for large amounts. If you paid in advance, no further payment is needed at delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for re-scheduling (additional charges may apply).
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at pimblstyleshelpdesk@gmail.com. Do not accept damaged parcels.
