Delivery Overview
Pimbl delivers across India. All orders are shipped after phone confirmation with our representative. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation via phone call.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping charge
- Express delivery (next day, select cities): ₹99 additional
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our representative will share the tracking number and courier partner details via phone or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are delivered with Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready. Our delivery partner cannot provide change for amounts above ₹500.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for re-scheduling (additional charges may apply).
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91 98765 43210. Do not accept damaged parcels.
