At Pimbl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy — whether you paid via Cash on Delivery or in advance.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• You must have proof of purchase (order reference number).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable or consumable goods
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Intimate or hygiene products once opened

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Our representative will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging

Refunds

We don't use an online payment gateway, so refunds are handled directly by our team:

Once your return is picked up and inspected, our representative will contact you to confirm your bank account details, and your refund will be sent to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
