Our Return Commitment
At Pimbl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- You must have proof of purchase (order reference number).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Intimate or hygiene products once opened
How to Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order reference number and reason for return
- Our representative will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
Refunds
Since payments are collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cash refunds will be handed over at the time of pickup
- Bank transfers will be processed within 5–7 business days upon product inspection
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
